At City Forest Bathing, our mission is to promote, practice, research, and facilitate nature mindfulness and forest bathing (Shinrin-yoku) as essential treatments for mitigating technostress and restoring the human connection to the natural world.
Shinrin-Yoku or Forestbathing a Japanese term meaning "to take in the forest atmosphere". In Forestbathing you experience nature through your senses.

Forest bathing is often considered necessary in our modern world because it directly counteracts the negative effects of our technology-driven, high-stress, and largely indoor lifestyles.
