.My name is Darnell Calhoun. I am a nature therapy guide. I have practiced forest bathing over the past year in Chicago. I founded City Forest bathing to promote and encourage staying close to nature because forest therapy really helped in my overall wellness journey and I wish to support human wellness for others who live in the city. I offer individual and small group nature mindfulness walks for adults and children. My background is in Justice Studies from Northeastern Illinois University. I currently work with youth as a youth exercise specialist certified through the National Academy of sports medicine. When I am not working, I enjoy working out, reading and spending time with my wife. .
